1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party appointed by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. By means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email) with the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. To do this, you can use our sample withdrawal form below. It will be our responsibility to send the Customer the confirmation of receipt of the notice of withdrawal by email.

1.2 Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the Customer must return the goods to us. The exact address to which the goods will be returned will be communicated at that time. Transport costs, packaging and possible risks of the returned goods are at the Customer’s expense. Once the Seller has received the goods, they will be checked, and if they correspond to the original condition, the value of the goods will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return. The transport costs, which are included in the price when the goods are purchased, are at the expense of the Customer (value of the goods minus €20 = return value).


2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

2.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the Customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the Customer (= deviation from the standard product according to the website).

2.2 The Customer must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g. the goods must not be used, dirty or damaged).


3. Sample return form

3.1 Returns must be made in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. We recommend protective outer packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. We will not refund any costs if the goods are damaged due to insufficient packaging.
