Because SLOWLI is exactly that – sustainable, environmentally friendly, conscious and socially aware. Our values are reflected in all our slow living products and stories. For example, we rely on natural raw materials such as wool and solid wood, resulting in durable, high-quality furniture and accessories. All our pieces are designed and manufactured according to traditional South Tyrolean craftsmanship. This is our contribution to our idea of a world of tomorrow.

SLOWLI – WHAT’S BEHIND OUR NAME
You’ve probably heard of Slow Food. The movement began in Italy in the late 1980s as a countertrend to fast food and living an unhealthy lifestyle. A similar shift is also taking place in the fashion industry: Slow Fashion. Instead of buying new clothes at low prices every month or even every week, this conscious approach to fashion is about swapping, borrowing or buying clothes in second-hand stores. If you do need something new, it should be ethically produced.
Leading a more mindful life, slowing down and focusing on the simple things – that’s what it’s all about for us. We believe that slow living is an evolving concept that has now also reached the interior design sector.
More about our name
SLOWLI comes from the term slow living. This concept refers to a lifestyle that consciously focuses on the importance of slowing down – in our everyday lives, in our consumption and in our homes. Based on this philosophy, we want to inspire you with our Slowli concept store and make a statement against the hectic pace and materialism that characterises our society. Our clean, reduced designs and natural raw materials help mindfully furnish your home and create a feel-good atmosphere in your personal haven of peace. In addition, we care deeply about the manufacturing process, the origin of our materials, the environment and you as an individual.

Together, we want to create something that lasts. That’s why we decided to bring our vision to life and set up our Slowli concept store. We work together every day with bold ideas for a conscious, cosy eco home and a better world.

The startup SLOWLI Concept was founded in 2020 as an online concept store and interior design studio – with a very special concept: "In collaboration with local manufactories, social workshops and independent artists and designers, we at SLOWLI Concept produce pieces of furniture and accessories in real handwork – sustainable, minimalist, mindful. Nature and design are always in harmony with us, for conscious living and a home to arrive in."
Designer
Angelika Frenademetz, born in the Dolomites of South Tyrol, is an Italian designer specializing in furniture and design, especially the creation of the Slowli product range. With a creative and motivated approach, she highlights the use of natural and sustainable materials, drawing inspiration from her mountainous roots. Her global experiences influence her preference for a minimal lifestyle, clearly reflected in her design work, including the development of the Slowli concept.
